AMAYEN Leadership Protocol

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using any AMAYEN course, materials, or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Asia Design Consultants Ltd. ("AMAYEN," "we," "us," or "our"), a company operating out of Thailand.
2. Eligibility
This course is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
3. Course Use & Access
- Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course.
- Your enrollment includes access to the course for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. At the end of the access period, your access will automatically expire.
- Course access is delivered via our third-party learning platform, Thinkific, and is intended solely for your personal use.
- Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
- You may not record, reproduce, copy, download, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or otherwise share any portion of the course without our prior written permission.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if these Terms are violated.
4. Disclaimer of Results
The Law of Attraction, manifestation, mindset training, and personal development are personal and subjective practices.
While our courses are designed to support learning, self-development, and personal growth, we make no guarantees regarding specific personal, financial, business, relationship, health, or other outcomes. Individual results depend on numerous factors, including your own decisions, actions, effort, consistency, mindset, and circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, downloads, graphics, text, branding, logos, designs, and other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Asia Design Consultants Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any course content without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the course, website, and all related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMAYEN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the course, website, or related services.
7. Platform & Payment Availability
This course is delivered through Thinkific, and payments are processed through PayPal Thailand. These are third-party service providers, and while we make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for their operation, maintenance, availability, security, performance, or functionality.
We are not liable for interruptions, delays, temporary unavailability, software errors, maintenance, internet failures, cyber incidents, or other technical issues arising from Thinkific, PayPal, or other third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
8. Events Beyond Our Control
We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to provide access to the course resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of third-party service providers, hosting platforms, payment processors, internet service providers, telecommunications networks, power outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, cyber incidents, or other force majeure events.
9. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
Although we strive to provide reliable access, we do not guarantee that the course, website, or related services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from technical issues.

The information provided in this course is intended solely for educational and personal development purposes.

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing the course, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital educational content and agree that no refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds will be provided due to change of mind, lack of time, failure to complete the course, dissatisfaction with personal results, or any other reason.
14. Course Availability
While your enrollment provides access for twelve (12) months, AMAYEN reserves the right to update, improve, replace, reorganize, or remove course content during that period. We do not guarantee that any specific lesson, feature, download, bonus, or format will remain available unchanged throughout the access period.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page together with the revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the course after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
